1. Membership Tiers:
Each tier builds on the previous one. To progress from one tier to the next, you must demonstrate mastery of the skills taught in the current tier.

2. Payment Terms:
• Payments are auto-renewed monthly via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPal.
• No refunds are issued, including for cancellations or terminations.
• To pause or cancel your membership, email [your email] at least 30 business days before the next billing cycle.

3. Content Access & Intellectual Property:
• Membership provides access to exclusive newsletters, videos, and modeling reviews, and other content based on your tier.
• All content is proprietary and the intellectual property of iModelsNW. Do not share, duplicate, or redistribute without permission.
• Only iModelsNW can showcase members’ content publicly; members cannot share content from others in the group unless explicitly expressed 

4. User Conduct:
• Members must be respectful, encouraging, and supportive of one another. Negativity, harassment, or unprofessional behavior is prohibited.

5. Cancellation & Termination:
• Email [your email] to cancel or pause your membership.
• iModelsNW may terminate any member violating these terms, with no refunds.

6. Liability & Disclaimer:
• iModelsNW does not guarantee specific career outcomes, including becoming a supermodel.
• Members will gain modeling knowledge and skills, but results may vary. iModelsNW is not liable for personal injury or financial loss resulting from participation.

7. Amendments:
• iModelsNW may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
